Return Window

You may return your WellnessTrackr Pro within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged during shipping. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

Delivery Verification Protocol

To protect both our customers and our business, and to ensure a transparent and dispute-free delivery experience, WellnessTrackr Pro requires that a photographic record be taken at the point of delivery.

Upon delivery of your order, both the delivery personnel and the customer are required to take clear photographs of the product and its packaging before the package is opened. Additional photographs should be taken immediately after the package is opened, showing the product's condition upon receipt.

These photographs serve as an official record of the product's condition at the time of handover and will be referenced in the event of any damage or defect claims. By accepting delivery of your order, you agree to participate in this verification process.

Any damage claims submitted without photographic evidence taken at the point of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. This policy exists to ensure fairness and accountability for all parties involved.

How to Request a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp at +234 916 402 4457 with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Non-Refundable

Products that have been physically damaged by the customer, products returned after the 7-day window, and products without original packaging are not eligible for refund.
